Ann LeNoir has had a bit of a different experience, and she has used these experiences to shape her real estate firm into the business it is today. Born in the United States, Ann spent most of her formative years in Europe.
During this time, she began to realize her passion for real estate, completing the CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) certificate before getting her Ph.D. in Human Behavior and her MDA in Illustration. This unique integration of skills led her to gain immense knowledge on the investment, medical, business, and especially real estate industries. Through her education, Ann is able to understand why her clients are so drawn to the characteristics in houses and properties that they are interested in. That helps her figure out what properties are best suited to them. Not only that, but her background in illustration helps her plan potential renovations and moving-in concepts for her clients. Now a resident of Melbourne, Florida, she has lived and worked all over the globes and is fluent in 5 different languages.
She would later go on to receive her C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) certification as well as a certification designating her as an RSPS (Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist), both being issued by the National Association of Realtors. Resort and Second-Homes are especially important here in Central Florida. This is because many homes in our area are owned by people from other parts of the country and live here during the winter months. Those with a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist certification are the ones selling properties to this vast market.
Her business is based on more than 80 percent of referrals from satisfied clients. Most important to Ann is providing the most excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. Ann sells houses in all price ranges from starter homes and high-dollar estates properties to oceanfront condominiums, and investment properties. Clients appreciate her as a Relocation Specialist for her flexibility, low-pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and hear what a client wants, negotiation and analytic skills, and her ability to accurately price and market a home.
Unsurprisingly, Ann loves to travel. She loves exploring new places and cultures, which might explain why working in real estate is so thrilling to her. Being able to move from place to place requires a roof to live under and a bed to sleep on. The prospect of not only being able to live comfortably in a new town or city but also being the person to give the housing motivated Ann to start her own real estate business. This love for travel and moving is only exemplified by her spouse, who is a United States Veteran, and thus led to her gaining a Military Relocation Professional (or MRP) certification. Her own personal ties to the military are what truly sets her apart from other real estate firms, as she understands just how important the feeling of security and home is to families that have to move around the nation or even the world due to deployments. When she is not working, Ann can be seen painting or gardening.
